What happens if you're unavailable partway through my project?
Every project starts with a clear scope and timeline, agreed upfront, so you always know where things stand. If anything ever came up, you'd hear it directly from me — not from a status update passed down a chain.
Who owns the code and design once the site's finished?
You do. Once the final invoice is paid, the site, the code and the design are entirely yours — no ongoing licence fees, no lock-in.
What does it cost to keep the site running afterwards?
Hosting and your domain are the only ongoing costs, and they're set up under your own accounts so you're never dependent on anyone to keep the site online. Ongoing updates or maintenance are available if you want them, but never required.
How do revisions work?
Feedback rounds are built into every project before anything goes live, so we land on the right result together rather than guessing. Once the site's live, small tweaks are quick and easy to request.
What if I don't have a logo, photos, or copy ready yet?
That's normal — most business owners don't. Part of the process is helping pull together what's needed, whether that's sourcing photography, writing copy, or working with a placeholder until you're ready.
